— What's Inside

Built for the long way around.

Five systems working together so the only thing you focus on is the road.

01 / TRACK

Every ride. Logged automatically.

Hit Start Ride and ADV Vet tracks your path, distance, time, elevation, weather, and which National Parks you cross. Auto-pause kicks in after 12 minutes of no movement so you don't drain the battery sitting at a fuel stop. End the ride, tag your bike, and it's in your Garage forever.

  • Background GPS that survives a screen lock
  • Cross-park detection via the NPS API
  • Weather snapshot baked into each ride card
  • GPX export to Apple Maps, Google Maps, or DMD2

02 / EXPLORE

Every BDR, every state park ride. Preloaded.

All 15 Backcountry Discovery Routes plus 80+ curated state-park rides ship in the app — with hero photos, distances, day-counts, and difficulty. Find more on the map: dual-sport, twisty, forest, sand, overnight. Bookmark what looks good, share with friends, and check it off when you ride it.

  • Full BDR catalog (WABDR through SEBDR)
  • Search nearby trails from your current location
  • Filter by terrain, length, or overnight-ready
  • One-tap "Open in Maps" for turn-by-turn

03 / LEVEL UP

27 rider skills. 4 mastery ranks.

Skills are organized across five disciplines — Control, Adventure, Endurance, Mechanical, Group. Every ride you tag (or every condition you flag at the end — mud, sand, night, river crossing, dropped bike, pack mule) bumps practice toward Mastery. Each skill ships with a pro tip from rally doctrine.

  • Apprentice → Skilled → Mastered progression at 12 reps
  • 26 post-ride condition tags auto-credit relevant skills
  • Pro tip panel on every skill, written for adventure riders
  • 21+ achievement badges tied to milestones and conditions

04 / CONNECT

Find your squad. Plan the ride.

Follow other riders, see their bikes and lifetime miles on a public profile, and drop into a Messenger-style DM to coordinate. Group rides have a meeting-point map, planned start time, a roster, and a comment thread. Share a route and the DM renders a tappable card preview instead of a raw link.

  • Realtime 1-on-1 DMs with unread badges
  • Group ride planning with meeting-point map + RSVPs
  • Public rider profiles: miles, garage, followers, saved trails
  • Report & block tooling on every comment

05 / STREAK

A habit calendar that respects the ride.

GitHub-style heatmap on the dashboard: each square is a day, the darker the amber the more miles. Twenty-four weeks at a glance. Miss a week and you'll see it. A random nearby-route recommendation rides shotgun, refreshed every morning so you always have something to chase.

  • 24-week miles heatmap with 5 tier bands
  • Daily nearby-route pick, deterministic per-day
  • Weekly challenge callout with bonus XP
  • Dark by default — readable at golden hour

— Privacy & Trust

Your rides. Your data.

No analytics SDKs. No ad networks. No data brokers. No tracking.

What we collect

Only what runs a feature you can see — your account, your bikes, your rides, the comments you post. That's it.

Who we share with

Just the services we need to function: Supabase (our backend), OpenWeather, NPS, OSM, and Anthropic for optional trip logs. Full list →

One-tap deletion

Settings → Delete Account permanently wipes your account, rides, routes, comments, and storage. No "deactivated" state.

Built for App Store guideline 1.2

Report and block controls on every piece of user-generated content. Reviewed within 24 hours.

— Delete your account

Leaving? Here's how.

Two paths — pick whichever you can reach.

In the app (fastest)

Open ADV Vet → Settings → Delete Account → confirm. Your account, profile, rides, published routes, comments, ratings, group rides, messages, and uploaded photos are permanently removed within seconds. There is no recovery and no "deactivated" state.

By email (if you've uninstalled)

Email support@advvet.app from the address tied to your account with the subject line "Delete my account." We process every request within 7 days and confirm by reply. No questions asked.

What gets deleted

Account record, profile (display name, bike, service-branch tag), every ride you've logged, every route you've published, every comment and rating, every message you've sent, every group ride you've created, and every photo in Storage.

What gets retained

Nothing personal. Anonymized aggregate counts (e.g., "the WABDR has been ridden N times") may remain in analytics tied to no user. Backups are purged on a 30-day rolling cycle.

Get on the list.

ADV Vet is in TestFlight now. Drop your email and we'll send the link the moment it ships.

No spam. One email when the app goes live.
